Are you homeowner or private renter looking to save money by becoming more energy efficient? Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) will do just that by installing Free Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI), helping you to save an average yearly energy cost of £210. Savings are based on a semi-detached house, and eligibility criteria will apply.

Eligibility for the ECO4 scheme is reserved for homeowners and private tenants, in properties (houses and flats) with EPC ratings of D, E, F or G who claim income-related benefits, such as income-related employment and support allowance (see full list of ECO4 grant scheme qualifying benefits).
